Festivals and events are a whirlwind of energy, noise, and connection—but everyone needs a place to land. Our Wellbeing Tents provide a professional, grounded sanctuary in the heart of the festival and event grounds.

Whether you’re on stage, behind the scenes, or in the heart of the crowd, we build events with you in mind.
We know that festivals and gatherings can be a lot. That’s why we’ve designed our spaces to be inclusive of neurodivergent folk, those with sensory sensitivities, and anyone managing chronic illness or anxiety. Sometimes, we all just need a break from the noise and the hustle to catch our breath.
Our Wellbeing Space is open to everyone—crew, performers, and guests alike—offering a quiet sanctuary whenever you need a moment of calm.
Through my work as a therapist, coach, and SEN teacher, I’ve seen the invisible side of festivals and outdoor events: The sensory overload that can sideline a guest, the exhaustion of the crew, and the pre-show nerves of the artist.
I realised there was a missing heartbeat in these vibrant spaces—a dedicated space to:
Pause.
Regulate.
Reconnect.

FAQs
Zebra Wellbeing offers a customized, holistic approach to event design, where the guests are provided for in a way that directly takes individual's needs and access requirements into account. This is a service that is virtually non-existent in the sector at a time where accessibility and the safe spaces at events are being discussed at higher levels and is more vital for every event than ever.
Absolutely! Our services can be used at any festival, carnival, concert, street party, conference, exhibition, activation or party. No matter the venue, no matter the crowd, everyone needs a space to focus; if you build it, they will come - Trust us!
We are very accomodating! We will work with you to ensure that our spaces don't conflict with the aesthetic of your event. Be it a change in the furnishings list, custom banners or custom signage, we can make sure it matches the vision for your event. There are obviously some limits: We don't allow painting or colouring our tents, or anything that unreasonably disrupts the function or safety of the space.
Great question! While we primarily offer our magnificent bell tent as the serene sanctuary at festival and outdoor event sites, we also work with venues to provide the same interior setup at indoor spaces - all we need is a minimum of 5m2 out of ear-shot from the hustle and bustle, and we can create an area of wellbeing at any indoor event, too.
Our standard spaces on offer are currently in our bespoke 5x5m bell tents, which we have curated based on its size, shape and appeal. We believe that this is the minimum space required for their purpose, so we do not offer anything smaller at the present time. If, however, you wish to discuss options on creating a larger space for your event, then please get in touch and we can discuss the options available.
A lot of the time, event organisers get so bogged down with the immense preparation and the unfortunately hefty costs of putting on an event, that they lose sight of the simple things, like the real reasons that the event industry is the most amazing and transformative industry out there. Ultimately, every event is a celebration of its guests; an occasion for communities to get together. But there isn't a community out there that doesn't have members that can get overwhelmed, or that have access requirements to participate, and that leaves whole segments of communities disengaged from some of the best places they can be! It's for that reason, we believe wellbeing is they key element that every event needs, so that every crowd can be front and centre to witness the magic that event organisers work so hard to conjure.
We can have our space set up and ready to use within as little as 2 hours!
Yes! We are happy to say that Zebra Wellbeing is a part of That Event Works Collective CIC, a Community-Interest Company focused on inclusivity and community participation in the event space. We work with an amazing group of people that are active in instrumental areas of the event sector.
